Fabuwood Allure Cabinets in Holiday, FL

Galaxy, Luna, and Fusion are three of the most popular door styles in Fabuwood's Allure series. Each one changes the whole feel of a kitchen. Come see Fabuwood in our showroom, and we'll help you figure out which one fits your home.

Galaxy, Luna, or Fusion: the short answer

Galaxy is a classic Shaker door with subtle inner edges. It works in almost any kitchen and is the safest pick if you want something that won't look dated. Luna is a Shaker door with a slimmer frame, for people who like Shaker but want a lighter, more modern look. Fusion is a transitional Shaker with detailed edges, for a kitchen that feels a bit more finished and dressed up. All three are part of Fabuwood's Allure series, built with traditional American framed construction.

Fabuwood Allure Galaxy

Classic Shaker

Galaxy is the door most of our customers start with, and a lot of them end up choosing it. It's the traditional Shaker frame around a flat recessed panel, with subtle inner edges that soften the look just enough. It has been popular for decades because it doesn't lean too traditional or too modern.

It's a good fit for coastal, farmhouse, transitional, and classic white kitchens, and it works just as well in a bathroom vanity or laundry room. If you're planning to sell in a few years, Galaxy is the style buyers tend to expect. It also has the most finish choices of the three, from white Frost and Dove to Indigo, Pistachio Green, and Pitch Black, plus a full range of wood stains.

Fabuwood Allure Luna

Slim Shaker

Luna keeps the Shaker idea but trims the frame down. With less frame and more flat panel, the cabinets look lighter and a little more tailored. It's a nice middle ground if Galaxy feels too traditional and a slab door feels too stark.

Slim Shaker doors have become a go-to for updated kitchens here in Tampa Bay, especially in two-tone designs where the island is a different color from the perimeter cabinets. Luna's finishes lean warm and natural, with Natural Oak, Desert Oak, Timber, Truffle, and Kona stains alongside Dove paint.

Side profile: detailed stepped edges

Fabuwood Allure Fusion

Transitional Shaker

Fusion starts with the Shaker shape and adds more detail along the edges. Those extra steps catch light and shadow, so the door looks a little richer than a plain Shaker without going fully traditional. That in-between look is what "transitional" means.

It's a good pick if Galaxy feels too simple for your home but a raised-panel door feels too formal. Fusion also dresses up a large island or a wall of tall pantry cabinets nicely. Its most popular finishes run from soft Dove and Oyster to gray Stone, light Timber, and deep Kona.

ConstructionAll three use Allure's traditional American framed construction: a solid wood face frame attached to the front of the cabinet box, with plywood boxes and soft-close hinges and drawer glides. Specs can vary by finish, so ask our designer about the one you like.

Still torn? A lot of our customers mix styles: Galaxy on the perimeter with a Fusion island, or Luna in a wet bar next to a Galaxy kitchen. We'll show you how different combinations look before anything gets ordered.

More From the Allure Series

Other Fabuwood Allure door styles

Galaxy, Luna, and Fusion get the most attention, but Allure includes more door styles than just those three. If you have a specific look in mind, ask us. There's a good chance there's an Allure door for it.

Nexus

A transitional wide Shaker with detailed inner edges. It has Galaxy's wide frame with more trim detail, so it lands close to Fusion in feel with a bolder frame.

Echo

A micro-Shaker with beveled inner edges. The frame is very thin, so it reads almost like a flat door with a fine outline. It's a good fit for sleek, modern kitchens.

Fabuwood updates its door styles and finishes from time to time, so the current lineup may be a little different from what's listed here. Our designer will show you what's available when you visit.

Why We Carry Fabuwood

Semi-custom looks without the custom wait

Fabuwood is one of the largest cabinet makers in the country. Their cabinets are assembled in the United States using U.S. and globally sourced components. We like working with them because the styles stay current, the storage options are practical, and orders show up when they should.

  • Traditional American framed construction. A solid wood face frame is attached to the front of the cabinet box. It adds strength and gives the classic look found in most American kitchens.
  • Plywood boxes. Plywood holds screws well and handles Florida humidity better than particleboard.
  • Soft-close included. Soft-close hinges and drawer glides come standard, not as an upcharge.
  • Storage add-ons. Pull-outs, drawer organizers, and specialty cabinets can be built into your design.

Beyond the Kitchen

Fabuwood for wet bars and laundry rooms

Allure door styles work well outside the kitchen too. Luna gives a wet bar a clean, modern look, and Galaxy is a natural fit for laundry rooms and built-in storage. The wet bar in our showroom uses white and wood-tone Fabuwood cabinetry with a quartz countertop.

Pair your cabinets with a countertop from our quartz and stone samples, or see finished projects from local homes.

Allure is Fabuwood's series built with traditional American framed construction, meaning a solid wood face frame is attached to the front of each cabinet box. That adds strength and gives the classic look you see in most American kitchens. Allure comes in several door styles, including Galaxy, Luna, and Fusion.

Both are Shaker-style doors. Galaxy is the classic Shaker with subtle inner edges, so it fits almost any kitchen. Luna is a slim Shaker with a narrower frame, which reads cleaner and a little more modern. If you like Shaker but want less visual weight, Luna is usually the one people pick.

Fusion keeps the Shaker frame-and-panel shape but adds more detailed edges, so the door has a little more depth and shadow than a plain Shaker. That puts it between classic and traditional styles, which is what transitional means. It works well if Galaxy feels too plain but a raised-panel door feels too formal.

Galaxy has 14 signature finishes, the most of the three featured Allure doors. Paints: Frost, Dove, Linen, Nickel, Pistachio Green, Indigo, and Pitch Black. Stains: Natural Oak, Desert Oak, Timber, Horizon, Mocha, Truffle, and Cobblestone. These are Fabuwood's stocked Galaxy colors.

Luna's signature finishes are Dove paint plus Natural Oak, Desert Oak, Timber, Truffle, and Kona stains. Most of them are warm wood tones, which suit Luna's slim, modern Shaker frame.

Fusion's signature finishes are Dove, Oyster, and Stone in paint, and Timber and Kona in stain. Stop by our Holiday showroom to see the door samples in person, since colors look different on a screen.

The Fabuwood cabinets we carry are framed construction. We don't offer frameless cabinet lines in our showroom.

Price depends on the door style, finish, how many cabinets your layout needs, and any storage add-ons. We put together an itemized quote after a free in-home measurement, so you see the real number for your kitchen before you commit to anything.

We do both. Our team handles the in-home measurement, design, ordering, delivery, and cabinet installation, so you have one point of contact from start to finish.
